This program prepares graduates to fulfill entry-level responsibilities in the food service industry. Upon completion, will demonstrate the fundamental knowledge, skill and ability related to food production, dining, serving, and work ready skills necessary to work as potentially certified ServSafe Manager in the food service field. Prerequisites: ENF 3 or above, and MTE 1-3.
