Want to teach for us? Workforce, Economic and Community Development, a division of Patrick & Henry Community College, aligns education and economic development to extend workforce development courses, training and programs into the community, including custom designed programs for employers. We offer programs to serve business and industry; individuals seeking employment, skills development, credentialing or career training; and lifelong learners looking for engaging ways to enrich their lives. Continuing education may be in the form of credit or career credit courses, online courses, or other formats such as workshops, assessments or on-the-job training. We are always looking to add new, qualified teaching faculty to our staff. Qualifications for Workforce faculty include: subject matter expertise, prior success in facilitating learning, passion for sharing your knowledge, and any specialized credentials that may be required for teaching within your industry.
