NCCER's Plumbing Level One curriculum was designed to present the principles and practices of the plumbing trade. It covers concepts technicians need to safely install, test, maintain, and repair many different types of pipe systems for residential, commercial, and public buildings. Coverage of math, drawings, code, and other critical knowledge skills ensure learners are set up for success.

- Carbon Steel Pipe and Fittings
- Introduction to Plumbing Fixtures
- Introduction to Drain, Waste, and Vent (DWV) Systems
- Introduction to Water Distribution Systems.
Prerequisite: NCCER Core certification
Potential Certifications: Upon successful completion of all modules in the curriculum, students will receive the National Center for Construction Education & Research Plumbing Level One certification.
