This course teaches principles and practices of the NCCER Core Curriculum needed for Introductory Craft Skills. Topics covered include: Basic Construction Site Safety, Materials Handling, Construction Math, Hand and Power Tools, Construction Drawings, Basic Rigging, Basic Communication Skills and Construction Industry Employability Skills. Completing this curriculum gives the trainee the basic skills needed to continue education in any craft area he or she chooses.
