Nurse Aide Training Program (CNA-FCS) Information

This program combines instruction and hands-on training to prepare students for certification and entry level practice in the health care field in the area of patient care in a variety of health service facilities.

Potential Certifications: Students who successfully complete the program will earn CPR certification and be eligible to take the Virginia State Board of Nursing's National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP).

Length: 150 Course Hours (Lecture: 60 Hours / Lab: 45 Hours / Clinicals: 45 Hours)

 

Tuition: $3,495 Full Price; $1,165 FastForward WCG Price; $0 G3 Price

Financial Assistance is Available: Virginia residents are eligible for WCG funding, which covers two thirds of tuition for FastForward training programs. Additional funding may also be available to help pay the remaining one third. This class is designed to guide you through the process of determining your funding eligibility.

Supplies and Fees: Tuition includes cost of required textbooks, workbooks, supplies, fees, CPR certification, and exam voucher.


Occupational Objective: CNAs are eligible for employment in hospitals, skilled/residential nursing facilities, home care, physician offices, or other health related facilities.
