Phlebotomy Technician Internship (HPL2_WCG)

This course will provide students with a hands-on experience in a professional setting where they can apply the principles and techniques learned in the Phlebotomy Technician program. The student will use a checklist of minimum skills that should be observed or practiced over the course of the internship. The student will perform a minimum of 30 venipuncture and 10 capillary sticks on live individuals.

Pre-requisites: Successful completion of the Phlebotomy Technician Program, CPR certification, and cleared background check and drug screening.

Additional fees may be necessary depending on internship site requirements.
